CAST ELEGANCE 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Cast Elegance, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Cast Elegance product you purchased directly from Cast Elegance either through our website or our company-operated storefront on Amazon.com, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Cast Elegance 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please email our customer support team at Support@CastElegance.com and include in your communication information regarding where and when you purchased your product. Please note that you will need to provide a picture of your Cast Elegance product and a copy of your proof of purchase to verify Guarantee eligibility. You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of original purchase.
Please note, depending on the situation, you may also be required to return your product directly to Cast Elegance. In these instances, a member of our customer support team will facilitate the return at no cost to you.
Guarantee Guidelines
Cast Elegance reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Cast Elegance 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
